Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his address that the United States has prepared a new $33 billion support package to fund both humanitarian and military aid to Ukraine. “This is a very important step by the United States. And I’m grateful for it to the American people and to President Biden personally. I hope Congress will quickly support this request for aid to our state,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy summarized.
