President of the European Council Charles Michel has condemned another Russia’s massive missile attack on Ukrainian cities on Monday, October 31.
“Condemn in the strongest possible terms Russia’s missile strikes against Kyiv and critical infrastructures in other regions. Moscow’s strategy of sowing fear will not work,” he wrote on Twitter.
He added that the European Union will continue to stand by Ukraine for as long as it takes.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of October 31, Russia again launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. Eighteen objects, mostly energy ones, were struck in 10 regions across the country.
