Russian army struck village near Kherson, leaving two people wounded

In the morning, the occupiers struck the village of Zymivnyk near the city of Kherson, wounding a minor girl and a man.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“On July 20, 2025, at around 5:00 a.m., Russian troops carried out an artillery strike on the village of Zymivnyk in the Kherson District,” the report said.

It is noted that as a result of the enemy attack, a 17-year-old girl and a 51-year-old man were wounded. The victims were hospitalized and are being provided with medical assistance.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated for another war crime (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It was reported that in the Kherson Region over the past day, Russian troops struck social infrastructure, residential areas, private houses, and cars, killing one person and injuring six others.
