The Russian troops fired on seven populated localities of Donetsk region over the past day.
“The police recorded 11 enemy strikes. The occupiers fired on seven populated localities and injured civilians. The police officers collected evidence of Russian war crimes,” the press service of the National Police of Ukraine reports.
In particular, the Russian troops struck Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Slovyansk, Toretsk, Ocheretyne, Lastochkyne, and New York.
The enemy opened fire from missiles, artillery, tanks, and Grad multiple rocket launchers.
Forty-three civilian objects were destroyed: 31 residential houses, a school, a kindergarten, an enterprise, an administrative building, a dormitory, a power line, etc.
The police and the Security Service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws or customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
