Over the past day, the strike aircraft of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated at least ten enemy armored personnel vehicles and about two dozen invaders.
“On June 8, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched missile and bomb strikes on the occupying forces. At least ten armored personnel vehicles and about two dozen ruscists were eliminated,” the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook.
Moreover, the Air Force units downed two Orlan-10 UAVs, and seven more UAVs of this type were destroyed by the air defense units of the Land Forces.
The day before, on June 7, the strike aircraft under cover of fighters destroyed about eight units of enemy equipment, hit fuel depots, enemy ammunition depots, and enemy manpower.
Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the fighters and bombers of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched more than 1,100 group air strikes on columns of equipment, positions, manpower and logistics centers of Russian invaders.
