The Ukrainian State Emergency Service has neutralized a fragment of the missile launched from the Buk surface-to-air missile system.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian State Emergency Service on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“A fragment of the Buk-M1 missile has been removed and destroyed at a special site today. The pyrotechnics experts of the Mobile Quick Response Center of the Ukrainian State Emergency Service were working at the site,” the report states.
The Ukrainian State Emergency Service urged citizens to stay away from unexploded shells and immediately call rescuers if they find any explosive items.
