Last night the enemy launched about 15 cruise missiles from the Russian city of Belgorod at Ukraine, three of which hit objects in Kharkiv.

Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said this during the nationwide telethon on Ukrainian TV channels, Ukrinform reports.

“Last night we recorded the launch of about 15 cruise missiles in our direction from the territory of the Russian Federation, from the Belgorod region. The city of Kharkiv was hit three times. Of course, our anti-aircraft defense worked, some cruise missiles flew in another direction [not to Kharkiv region]. As to multiple rocket launchers, the situation is worse as it is currently extremely difficult, in fact impossible, to shoot them down,” Synehubov said.

He emphasized that the Russian troops are not abandoning the tactics of terrorizing the civilian population, targeting the civilian infrastructure.
