Russian terrorists targeted the Red Cross base in Slavyansk. As a result of targeted shelling by 4 rockets, one building was destroyed and three cars were damaged. There were no military facilities nearby.
This room was rented by the International Committee of the Red Cross and is marked on all maps as the RC base.
