Last night Russian troops struck the city of Mykolaiv with the Smerch multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and S-300 missiles.
Over 40 residential houses, shops, industrial and port infrastructure facilities, as well as a municipal waterworks system, were damaged.
The relevant statement was made by Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Thirty-five detached houses and six apartment blocks were damaged, as the city of Mykolaiv was struck with the Smerch MLRS and S-300 missiles last night,” Sienkevych wrote.
In his words, two shops and a municipal waterworks system were also damaged. Russian occupiers also hit industrial and port infrastructure facilities.
