Last night Russian troops twice struck the Nikopol district with heavy artillery.
The relevant statement was made by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Valentyn Reznichenko on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
In particular, the enemy opened fire on two cities, Nikopol and Marhanets.
“In Nikopol, Russian projectiles caused damage to detached houses, household buildings and a gas pipeline. In Marhanets, the effects are yet to be checked,” Reznichenko wrote.
In his words, civilians remained unharmed.
In the rest of the Dnipropetrovsk region’s districts, air raid sirens rang out several times last night, but no enemy shelling was recorded.
