Russian aggressors launched a missile attack on Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, in the evening of February 21.
Serhii Melnyk, head of the Kharkiv military garrison, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“The enemy struck Kupiansk with S-300 missiles. Information about the destruction and casualties is being clarified,” he said.
Later, Melnyk reported that there were more missile launches, but they were unsuccessful.
As reported, in Kupiansk, the enemy shelling damaged a building of a healthcare facility, a civilian industry facility, a 9-story apartment building, private houses, a garage, farm buildings, and monuments in the cemetery.
