Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and his Spanish counterpart Jose Manuel Albares have met in New York to discuss security assistance and the creation of a Special Tribunal for Russia’s Crime of Aggression.
Kuleba said this on his Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.
“I met with Jose Manuel Albares in New York while Spanish PM Pedro Sanchez visits Kyiv upon President Zelensky’s invitation. Our bilateral dialogue has an excellent dynamics. We discussed security assistance and the creation of a Special tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine,” he said.

On February 24, with the participation of foreign ministers of many countries, including Ukraine, the UN Security Council will host an open debate dedicated to the one-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
