Yesterday marked one year since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Since then, Ukrainian people have shown immense strength and resiliency. Thank you to San Antonio District 4 Councilwoman Adriana Rocha Garcia, PhD and Ukrainian San Antonio for organizing a candlelight vigil to honor the lives lost since the conflict began.
