As long as Russia is not fragmented, no war can possibly stop.
That’s according to Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Ukrinform reports, referring to RFE/RL.
“I have my own vision of how this war should end. As long as Russia is not fragmented, as long as we are threatened by this crazy neighbor, no war can stop. I want us all to keep this in mind,” said Danilov.
He noted that the cessation of hostilities would not mean the end of the war as such because this has already happened before. “You remember how Minsk-1 and Minsk-2 agreements were signed. Now they claim they had some kind of plan. They had none,” the NSDC secretary emphasized.
As reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky is convinced that Ukraine, with the support of international partners, will be able to make 2023 the year of the end of Russian aggression, the return of peace, and the liberation of its land and people from Russian captivity.
