Lithuania to send Ukraine more military aid in coming months – Nauseda

Lithuania’s President Gitanas Nauseda said that in the coming months, the country will send a new batch of military aid to Ukraine, while continuing to provide training for the Ukrainian recruits.

This is reported by Ukrinform with reference to Nauseda’s Twitter.

“Support to Ukraine is crucial. In upcoming months, Lithuania will send anti-drones, weapons, ammunition, provide military training & will continue inviting the allies to boost up their efforts too,” Nauseda wrote.

He noted that currently, Lithuania’s support to Ukraine amounts to more than 1.2% of the country’s GDP.

Lithuania has been consistently supporting Ukraine since the start of Russia’s hybrid aggression toward Ukraine. As Moscow unleashed a full-scale war, this support further expanded.
