Russians attack community in Dnipropetrovsk region with heavy artillery

Russian troops shelled the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region with heavy artillery.

Serhii Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this on his Telegram channel, according to Ukrinform.

“At night, the aggressor attacked the Nikopol district – the Myrove  community. Ten shells from heavy artillery landed there. There were no casualties,” he noted.

Currently, rescuers are examining the area and finding out the consequences of the shelling.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over the past day the enemy launched nine air and 19 missile strikes, 13 of them from S-300 air defense systems, on the peaceful cities of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, and fired 42 times from multiple rocket launchers at the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian infrastructure.
