The German Foreign Office has provided 34 more pickup trucks to Ukraine’s defense forces in the last three weeks.
That’s according to the Twitter account of the German Embassy in Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
“Mobility is an important factor in Ukraine’s defense capability and resilience. To strengthen the Ukrainian security forces, the German Foreign Office has provided another 34 pickup trucks in the last three weeks,” the embassy said.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on May 14 announced the allocation of EUR 2.7 billion in a new military aid package to Ukraine.
