The number of those injured in a Russian missile strike on the city of Pervomaiskyi in the Kharkiv region has increased to 43.
Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“According to specified data from doctors, as of now, the strike on Pervomaiskyi has left 43 people injured, including 12 children. Medics provided assistance to five people on the spot. The condition of the victims is moderate to mild,” he said.
The figure may not be final yet.
At around 13:35 on July 4, Russian forces shelled the city of Pervomaiskyi. According to the regional prosecutor’s office, the invaders used an Iskander missile. Glass, balconies and doors of nine high-rise buildings in the city were damaged. In addition, four cars were burnt out and one car was damaged.
