In Zaporizhzhia city, 16 apartment blocks, two educational institutions, and one healthcare facility were damaged by a blast wave as a result of the enemy night attack.
“The liquidation of the consequences of night events continues in the city. In total, 174 reports on damaged housing have been received. Currently, we know about 16 damaged apartment blocks, two educational institutions, and one healthcare facility,” Acting Mayor of Zaporizhzhia Anatoliy Kurtiev posted on Telegram.
Representatives of Zaporizhzhia Repair Service and the management company “City for People” continue to close windows in houses using repair materials from the city reserve.
In the educational institution, all broken windows have already been closed.
Social workers, district administration specialists, and philanthropists continue to work at the site.
It is noted that the Caritas Zaporizhzhia organization will start issuing UAH 6,600 payments to the residents of the affected apartments from Monday.
As reported, an infrastructure facility in one of the districts of the city was damaged as a result of the enemy attack last night.
A 62-year-old man was injured. He was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.
