Russia claims that air defense systems work in Rostov region

Explosions have been heard in Azov district of Rostov region of the Russian Federation, and authorities report the alleged operation of air defense systems.

That’s according to a statement on Telegram of Rostov Region Governor Vasily Golubev, Ukrinform reports.

“The second missile was hit by air defense systems – this time in Azov region. The consequences are being clarified,” the post reads.

In another post, Golubev notes that in the village of Sambek, Neklynivka district, a metal object pierced the roof of a house, there were no casualties.

As reported, today an explosion, allegedly a missile, occurred in the center of the Russian city of Taganrog, Rostov region. Fifteen people are currently known to be injured.
