Lithuania will soon hand over the NASAMS (Norwegian Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System), anti-drone and logistic equipment, and many other goods to Ukraine.
The relevant statement was made by Lithuania’s National Defence Ministry, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Lithuania has been providing uninterrupted military support for Ukraine. During the first seven months of 2023, the military aid delivered to Ukraine from Lithuania included the Mi-8 helicopters, L-70 anti-aircraft systems with ammunition, M113 armored personnel carriers, millions of cartridges, and grenade launcher ammunition.
In addition to military vehicles and equipment, Lithuania has been training Ukrainian servicemen on a regular basis, offering Ukrainians treatment and rehabilitation, arranging expert consultations, and allocating financing for the international support funds of Ukraine.
