At its meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers allocated UAH 200 million from the state budget reserve fund for the purchase of weapons, military equipment and ammunition.
Taras Melnychuk, the permanent representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“UAH 200 million has been allocated to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine on a non-refundable basis at the expense of the state budget reserve fund to implement measures related to strengthening the state’s defense capabilities, in particular, the purchase of weapons, military equipment and ammunition,” the statement reads.
As reported, on August 10, a reconnaissance unit performing combat missions at the front received a batch of FPV drones from the ‘Ukrainian Team’ volunteer headquarters.
