Russia retains seven warships on combat duty in the Black Sea, with no missile carriers among them.
That’s according to Ukraine’s Naval Forces, Ukrinform reports.
“As of 10:30 on August 15, there are seven enemy warships on combat duty in the Black Sea and one in the Sea of Azov,” reads the report posted on Facebook.
In the Mediterranean Sea, Russia keeps eight warships on combat duty, two of them carrying Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 24 missiles.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the head of the Operational Command South joint press center Natalia Humeniuk said the Russian Navy had 13 warships deployed in the Black Sea, including the Admiral Makarov missile carrier.
