The information about a U.S.-made Willard Sea Force boat with Ukrainian paratroopers on board, which the Kremlin propaganda reported to have been destroyed by Russian troops near Snake [Zmiinyi] Island, is not true.

The relevant statement was made by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Serhii Lehshchenko during a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“It seems that there are no limits to Russian propaganda in inventing their own fakes, but here, in order to justify their own defeats on the battlefield, they make up non-existent victories for themselves. That very channel reports that the U.S.-made Willard Sea Force boat with a landing group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on board was destroyed to the east of Snake Island by a Russian aircraft. This information is false,” Leshchenko told.

In his words, such fabrications by Russian propagandists once again prove that one cannot believe a single word produced by Russians.
