Ukraine receives EUR 10M worth of equipment from IT Coalition

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry received a new shipment of equipment worth EUR 10 million from the IT Coalition during July and August, funded by Luxembourg, Ireland, Belgium, and Estonia.

That is according to the ministry’s press service, Ukrinform reports.

This batch includes 6,948 laptops for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as for the Oberih and Impuls information and communication systems and the Medical Information System, 318 charging stations, 2,304 communication devices, 442 monitors, data center equipment for the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces, networking hardware for the Oberih system infrastructure, routers, switches, licenses, and other equipment for implementing software-defined networks for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Additionally, Latvia separately delivered 1,000 routers worth over EUR 77,000.

According to the ministry, these were the fourth and fifth IT Coalition deliveries to Ukraine in 2025. Earlier this year, Estonia, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg provided EUR 3.3 million worth of equipment in January, EUR 7.5 million in February, and about EUR 2 million in April.

“Thanks to this new delivery from IT Coalition countries, we will be able to technically support Ukrainian Armed Forces units where digital products and services are being introduced,” said Oksana Ferchuk, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, thanking partners for strengthening Ukraine’s technological capabilities.

The IT Coalition is part of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group and supports the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense in IT, communications, and cybersecurity. Current members include Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, and Japan. The coalition is led by Estonia and Luxembourg.
