
Ukrainian canoeist Liudmyla Luzan capped a triumphant performance at the ISF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Milan, Italy.
Luzan won her fourth gold medal at the 2025 World Championships in the women’s C1 200m event with a time of 46.09 seconds, Ukrinform reports.
At Milan 2025, the Ukrainian canoeist also became world champion in the C1 500m event and, together with Irina Fedoriv, won the C2 500m and 200m events.
With this success, Liudmyla Luzan now has a total of 11 World Championship medals, eight of which are gold.
