Currently, there are prerequisites on Ukraine’s fuel market for reducing gasoline and diesel fuel prices.
The relevant statement was made by A95 Consulting Group Director Serhii Kuiun during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The situation is generally calm. Procurement prices in Ukraine have dropped. I believe this creates prerequisites for a certain ‘cooling’ of prices in retail chains,” Kuiun told.
As estimated by the expert, gasoline prices have the highest potential for decline and may reduce by up to UAH 2 per liter as of early September 2025. Diesel fuel prices may potentially drop by UAH 1 per liter.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s liquefied petroleum gas prices remain at the market level.
A reminder that, on the occasion of Ukraine’s Independence Day, filling stations introduced holiday fuel discounts.
