Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces killed two residents of the Donetsk region—in Sviatohirsk and Iverske—and injured six others.
This was reported on Telegram by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“On August 30, Russians killed two residents of the Donetsk region: one in Sviatohirsk and another in Iverske. Six more people were injured in the region over the course of the day,” the statement reads.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russian forces killed 3,441 residents of the region and injured 7,922. These figures exclude casualties from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops launched 391 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region in a single day. One person was killed and 37 were wounded in the shelling.
