On the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region, Russians have begun to confiscate driver’s licenses  from men who do not have a mark on their military ID card.

The Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

“The invaders in the temporarily occupied territories are finding new ways of forced mobilization. Since yesterday, employees of the so-called “traffic police” have begun to confiscate driver’s licenses from men who do not have a mark on their military ID card,” the statement reads.

According to the RMA, those who simply did not have the relevant documents with them were also affected. The IDs are returned only after a visit to the military commissariat.

As the regional administration emphasized, for nine years, residents of the so-called “LPR” have been accustomed to water being supplied hourly, and now they are forced to suffer from the fact that during this time the invaders have not actually carried out major repairs of critical infrastructure. As a result, centralized water supply has been suspended, in particular in Pervomaisk, Kadiivka, Irmino, Almazna, Bryanka, Holubivka, as well as in the surrounding villages, the RMA noted.

Tens of thousands of families were promised that they would quickly repair the emergency sections of the water supply system, but this does not make it easier for the population in the July heat. They are not going to solve the problem comprehensively, the regional administration emphasized.

As reported, according to the Center for National Resistance, collaborators in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region are already preparing to flee to Russia and “integrate” into Russian social and political life.
