At night, the Russian military pummeled Marhanets community and Nikopol town with heavy artillery.
“A difficult night for the region… First, missile strikes on Dnipro. And already at night, the enemy continued its terror. Pummeled Nikopol district. Struck Nikopol town and Marhanets community with heavy artillery. The consequences are being investigated. But the main thing is that local residents were not injured,” Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak posted on Telegram.
Lysak noted that the number of injured in Dnipro attack had not changed.
“Nine people, including two children [were injured]. In addition to the attacked administrative buildings and an apartment block, more damages were recorded. These are four residential buildings nearby: one high-rise building and the others are two-story. Three administrative buildings and seven cars were also damaged. Emergency workers completed the search and rescue operations after 03:00,” he added.
