Millions of Ukrainians are encountering russian propaganda every day. It spreads through TV, radio, mass media, social networks, and word of mouth. To defeat the enemy, we must fight it on all fronts. To this end, we have prepared a daily compilation of russian fakes.
Today, the russian information space is still focused on the evacuation of Azovstal. The smear campaign against “Azov” soldiers continues, with more and more hate and ridicule thrown their way.
More kremlin-paid western “experts” are speaking out against putin’s humiliation and in favor of appeasement of russia by surrendering Ukrainian territories. russia is trying everything to force a ceasefire and negotiations to solidify its territorial gains while Ukraine hadn’t liberated them. This, combined with the “starvation blackmail”, could signalize that russia is desperate for some way to freeze the conflict.

From the start of the war, russian propaganda was telling stories about the woeful state of Ukrainian morale. Supposedly, Ukrainian soldiers refused to fight and deserted in droves. Only, this mostly happened to russian soldiers, and the Ukrainian army is still highly motivated almost three months into the war.
But russian propagandists keep trying to convince everyone that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are crumbling, even though the course of the war proves otherwise. The videos with supposed Ukrainian soldiers refusing to fight are clearly staged, since all of them follow the exact same script, almost word for word.
It seems that it is pointless to expect some originality or creativity from russian propaganda.

This fake is a part of the recent russian propaganda campaign. russia is manufacturing a global food shortage to blackmail NATO and the EU. The blockade of Ukrainian ports and sea trade routes is one of the main elements of russian strategy. All the main trade routes are mined, and russian Black Sea Fleet is preventing any trade ships from entering or leaving the Ukrainian waters, to prevent Ukraine from shipping its food products abroad.
So, no, Ukraine is not holding any ships’ hostage in its ports. russia is disrupting Ukrainian food shipments and trying to blame Ukraine for it.
