“There is positional fighting in Zaporizhzhia region. The military command reports daily artillery duels and air strikes. But no advance of troops, concentration of efforts, or offensive is observed in Zaporizhzhia direction,” Oleksandr Starukh, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said during the nationwide news telethon, Ukrinform reports.
It is noted that the situation in the temporarily occupied territories and localities on the line of contact is still difficult. There is no gas supply in Berdyansk due to a damaged gas pipeline in Donetsk region. In some towns on the line of contact, there is no power supply due to the shelling. The occupiers put constant pressure.
As reported, the Ukrainian military destroyed in a few minutes two Russian tanks and one infantry fighting vehicle in Zaporizhzhia region.
