The enemy launched 28 MLRS strikes at various localities of Mykolayiv region.

“As of the morning, the enemy launched 28 MLRS strikes at various localities. As a result, a hospital and residential buildings were damaged. Moreover, Vitovsky district came under fire. According to preliminary information, five civilians were killed,” Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the President’s Office, posted on Telegram.

As reported, at 11:35 on July 12, Russian troops fired two rockets at Bashtanka, Mykolayiv region, killing a woman.

“The Russian army destroyed food warehouses, shops, and markets in big cities. The populated localities are on the verge of humanitarian disaster,” Serhiy Haidai, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram, commenting on the current situation in Luhansk region. As noted, the centralized gas supply system in Rubizhne and Lysychansk was destroyed and significant funds are needed to restore it. Meanwhile, the Russians transport grain from the occupied territories by Kamaz trucks. Despite everything, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hold the fort on the outskirts of Luhansk region. Two localities in the region are controlled by the government. As reported, enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups have become active in Luhansk region as the Russians lack ammunition.
