Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres have discussed ways to stop Russian aggression based on the principles of the UN Charter and international law.

Kuleba announced this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

“UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and I discussed ways to end Russian aggression based on the principles of the UN Charter and international law. I commended Secretary General’s efforts to enable the Black Sea Grain Initiative which will go down in history as his legacy,” Kuleba said.

On February 24, with the participation of foreign ministers of many countries, including Ukraine, the UN Security Council will host an open debate dedicated to the one-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
