There are 46 children left in the frontline communities of Zaporizhzhia region.
“Evacuation from the frontline areas is carried out every day. We have managed to evacuate 51 families raising 89 children,” Yuriy Malashko, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said during the national news telethon.
The head of the region added that there are no families with children in Orikhiv town, but 30 families with 46 children in total remain in the communities along the entire front line.
According to him, there is information that collaborators and traitors try to leave Enerhodar, taking away their families, documentation, and everything valuable. Moreover, the occupiers enhance checks on passers-by, prohibiting the use of telephones.
Earlier it was reported that, according to the data of Ukraine’s National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom, the occupiers plan to “evacuate” about 3,100 people from Enerhodar. Primarily, 2,700 ZNPP workers who agreed to sign “contracts” with Russia’s Rosatom will be deported.
