On Sunday, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced the testing of the Ukrainian-made innovative radio-electronic reconnaissance station, RPS-7 Inhul.

The relevant video was posted by Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“RPS-7 Inhul is an innovative radio-electronic reconnaissance station manufactured in Ukraine. It can detect enemy radars, air defense systems, and aircraft from a long distance. Obtaining this information is critical for our artillery, which hunts down russian military equipment,” Reznikov wrote.

In his words, the station is currently being tested before it can be officially supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to Reznikov, public funds were not spent on the production of the RPS-7 Inhul.

Reznikov expressed hope that Ukraine’s Defense Ministry will soon receive an official report from the brigade using the new station, and that the RPS-7 Inhul will pass all tests and enter service with the Ukrainian Army.

In addition, the minister thanked the designers, sponsors and businesses, which contributed to the implementation of that project.
