The invaders struck Vovchansk with mortars, injuring a person.
“Under the procedural leadership of the Vovchansk department of the Chuhuiv district prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office posted on Telegram.
According to the investigation data, the Russian military launched a mortar attack on Vovchansk town around 08:00 on July 30. A house was damaged.
An 84-year-old civilian was injured.
