AFU struck Russian command post near Mariupol

Today, Ukrainian defenders struck a command post of the Russian invaders near Mariupol.

The Strategic Communications (StratCom) Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Today, around 11:00 a.m., the Defense Forces of Ukraine inflicted damage on the command post of the Russian Federation’s troops stationed in the Khvylia sanatorium in the village of Yuryivka near  temporarily occupied Mariupol,” the report says.

Earlier, an adviser to the Mariupol mayor, Petro Andriushchenko, reported that more than 100 Russian soldiers were injured in a barrack struck in the temporarily captured village of Yuryivka near Mariupol.

According to Andriushchenko, the first strike hit a stadium of the Khvylia camp, where the invaders had set up a repair base. The second strike hit the barracks

The mayor’s adviser noted that the wounded occupiers were transported to hospitals – in Mariupol, the village of Manhush, and Donetsk.
