The skills of those undergoing military service in missile and artillery units have become a powerful “fire fist” of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
That’s according to Defense Minister Rustem Umerov’s greeting address on Day of Missile and Artillery Troops, Ukrinform reports.
“Every day, you destroy the enemy with precise strikes, protecting our people and supporting your brothers-in-arms on the frontlines. Your skill and rapid mastery of the most advanced weaponry have created a formidable “firepower fist” for the Defense Forces, highly regarded by our allies,” Umerov emphasized.
He expressed gratitude for each accurate hit that brings victory closer.
As Ukrinform reported, on November 2, 2024, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on annually celebrating the Day of Missile and Artillery Forces on December 4.
