The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to assist Ukrainian exporters.
The signing ceremony took place during the Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine, which was held in Toronto, an Ukrinform correspondent reports
The document was signed by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, Yuliya Kovaliv and the President of the Canadian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce Zenon Potichny.
As explained by the Embassy, the memorandum is aimed at intensifying bilateral trade and business contacts between Ukraine and Canada, providing mutual support for economic and investment activities, as well as more actively using the digital economic diplomacy platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, NAZOVNI, to promote the interests of Ukrainian business in the Canadian market.
NAZOVNI is an innovative service set up for globalizing Ukrainian business. The platform helps Ukrainian entrepreneurs find partners abroad, promote goods and services to new markets with the support from Ukrainian diplomatic corps.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, and his Canadian counterpart Melanie Joly signed a bilateral ageement on the mutual protection of information with limited access.
