Fifteen civilians injured in Russian shelling of Donetsk region on Wed

In the Donetsk region, 15 civilians were wounded as a result of Russia’s shelling on Wednesday, January 15.

Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, wrote this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“On January 15, Russians wounded 15 residents of the Donetsk region: ten in Kramatorsk, two in Kostiantynopil, one each in Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka, Stinky and Chernihivka,” the post reads.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, at least 2,929 people have been killed and 6,588 others wounded in the Donetsk region. These figures do not include casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

As Ukrinform reported, Russian troops conducted an air strike on a high-rise building in Kramatorsk in the early hours of January 15, injuring at least eight wounded, including two children.
