Man explodes on explosives in Kherson suburb

In the village of Antonivka in the suburbs of Kherson, a man was seriously injured when he exploded on an unknown explosive object.

This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Kherson RMA Roman Mrochko, Ukrinform reports.

“A 59-year-old man in serious condition was taken to the hospital from Antonivka. He stepped on an unknown explosive object, resulting in traumatic amputation of the left foot and mine-blast trauma. Doctors are providing him with the necessary assistance,” the statement said.

Mrochko also informed that Kherson, Antonivka, Prydniprovske and Komyshany in Kherson community came under enemy artillery and UAV fire over the past day.

According to him, private houses and 2 cars were damaged.

Also, as a result of shelling of the Kherson city community by the enemy army, one person sustained moderate injuries. He was provided with the necessary medical care.

As reported, Russian troops shelled 31 settlements in the Kherson region over the past day. The shelling killed three people and wounded six others.
