A man and a woman were injured in the town of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, as a result of Russian artillery shelling and air strikes.
Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
“Since early morning today, the city has been under constant artillery shelling and air strikes. We know about two wounded: a 74-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman,” informed Filashkin.
At least five private houses, a power line, a gas pipeline and a car were damaged in the attacks.
According to preliminary information, a house and a garage were damaged in Mykolaivka village of the Kostiantynivka community.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops killed one civilian and wounded three others in the Donetsk region on January 21.
