“After the power engineers started to eliminate the consequences of the enemy UAV attacks, two hours later, at four o’clock in the morning, the enemy fired four missiles at the city. The type of missiles is being established. After the air raid warning began to sound, the missiles were on the territory of the city in 3.5 minutes. The enemy hit the same object that was damaged by the UAV in the evening. Unfortunately, employees who were restoring power and conducting a rescue operation were injured,” said Fedorov.
