Missile attack on Zaporizhzhia: 1 killed, number of wounded rises to 54

The number of wounded as a result of yesterday’s missile attack on Zaporizhzhia has increased to 54 people.

This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov, Ukrinform reports.

“One person was killed and 54 others were injured as a result of an enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia,” he said.

Fedorov noted that over the past day, the occupiers struck 405 times in 7 settlements of Zaporizhzhia region.

“The enemy carried out two air strikes on Novodarivka. 226 UAVs of various modifications attacked Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novodarivka and Charivne. 13 attacks with multiple rocket launchers hit Kamianske, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Shcherbaky and Novodarivka. 164 artillery attacks were made on the territory of Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne and Novodarivka,” he elaborated.

According to Fedorov, there were 733 reports of the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure.

As reported by Ukrinform, as of 20:35 on January 23, the number of victims of the Russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia was 52. One person was reported dead.
