The death toll from the Russian strike on a residential building in Poltava has increased to seven.
This was reported on Facebook by the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
“The death toll in Poltava has increased to 7 people. 14 injured, including 3 children. 22 people were rescued,” the post reads.

It is noted that more than 460 rescuers, security forces and public utilities are working at the scene, almost 100 units of equipment are involved.

Psychologists of the SES and National Police units provided assistance to 114 people.
As reported earlier, five people were killed in a missile attack on Poltava, and 13 civilians were injured, including three children.
Poltava and the region have declared three days of mourning for the victims of the missile strike.
