Markarova meets with Kellogg, first time since his appointment

Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Oksana Markarova met with U.S. President’s Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg.

The Ukrainian diplomat reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform saw.

“Not our first meeting with General Keith Kellogg in general, but the first one in his official status as Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, to which President Trump appointed him on February 3,” the ambassador reported.

“We had a thorough discussion with the special representative and his team and my colleagues, the head of the ODA (Office of the Defense Attaché – ed.) General Kremenetskyi and deputy Denys Sienik,” Markarova added.

As Ukrinform reported, Kellogg refuted reports he would present U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to end Russia’s war against Ukraine at the Munich Security Conference later this month.
