Since the Russian full-scale invasion started, State-Owned Enterprise System of Electronic Trading in Seized Property (SETAM) has transferred about 240 transport vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The relevant statement was made by SETAM CEO Roman Osadchuk in an interview with Ukrinform.

“Since the war started, SETAM has initiated the transfer of about 240 transport vehicles to Ukraine’s Armed Forces. Mainly, these were vehicles seized by the customs service, as well as banks’ transport vehicles that were kept by us and transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine as jointly agreed with the financial institutions,” Osadchuk told.

In cooperation with the Justice Ministry and the Enforcement Service, SETAM also transferred more than 1,000 other property items in support of the Defense Forces, such as quadcopters, thermal imaging cameras, smartphones, laptops, and tablets.

Currently, 10 employees of SETAM have joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As noted by Osadchuk, with the start of the Russian invasion, SETAM had to completely suspend electronic trading all over Ukraine. Three months into the war, operations were gradually resumed, starting from western and central regions.

A reminder that, during 2024, State-Owned Enterprise System of Electronic Trading in Seized Property (SETAM) sold about 750 real estate lots, totaling UAH 1.9 billion, which makes this segment the most profitable for the company’s sales.
