Ukrainian intelligence released an intercept where a resident of Russia’s Bryansk region described the fallout of the Ukrainian strike targeting the Kremniy El plant, confirming that the attack effectively led to an operational halt, as well as commented on the outcome of Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries.
This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry, Ukrinform saw.
“Six missiles hit Bryansk, I mean… six drones, hitting the Kremniy plant. The plant has been shut down,” the person says in the intercept.
According to the local man, 46% of Russia’s oil refining capacities have already been destroyed.
As reported, the Kremniy El plant located in Bryansk, Russia, is one of the largest suppliers of microelectronics for the Russian military industry. It produces microelectronics, including for missile systems and drones. Late January, reports said a Ukrainian UAV attack massively affected the site, leading to the plant’s shutdown.
