In Ukraine, electricity consumption for industry and business will be restricted on February 10, while household consumers are not expected to face power outages.

Ukrenergo announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

The power restrictions for businesses and industries will be in effect from 06:00 to 21:00 on Monday.

These measures have been implemented due to damage to energy infrastructure caused by previous missile and drone attacks by the Russian forces. Energy workers are actively working to restore the equipment damaged by the enemy as soon as possible.

Ukrenergo emphasized that the timing and schedule of restrictions may change throughout the day.

“Please, use electricity wisely. Avoid turning on multiple high-power electrical appliances at the same time,” the company urged.

As Ukrinform previously reported, on February 7, emergency power outages were implemented for industries in eight regions of Ukraine.
